Important Information

Construction and Neighborhood

  • As of mid-May 2024, there are 2 new homes being built on this street, including one on the lot immediately next door. Construction noises may be heard Mon-Sat during daylight hours.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be one of the guests staying at the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • This property is accessed via all paved roads and is easy to navigate. AWD or 4WD vehicle may be necessary in the winter months.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November-March). Travelers visiting during possible inclement weather should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pets

  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax.
  • Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the outside firepit may be purchased from our office with at least 7 days advance notice. You will receive two kiln-dried bundles and one firestarter log for $25/night.
  • Additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics provided. "Starter set" of paper products is included: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
